My package shipped over a week ago and still shows accepted at the Post Office. Where is my package?
This is a tracking problem within the USPS. The packages are not being scanned until they reach there final destination. If you have not received your package after 14 business days please contact us so that we can file a claim and ship out another package to you.
When will my order ship?
All orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of purchase with the exception of jig orders.
Where is my jig order?
All jig orders take at least 3 weeks, sometimes longer as each jig is hand tied to order. Please note when ordering if you purchase any other products the entire order will ship once the jigs are ready.
I ordered a rod and another product (ex: seasoning, fish fry, cup, shirt, etc.). How will that ship?
The only thing shipped in the same box with rods are jigs. All other merchandise will be shipped in a separate box and you will receive two separate tracking numbers for each package.
What is the warranty for the KFRED Float Popper Rod? And, how do I file a claim?
Kfishfred, LLC warrants your rod to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. The consumer MUST have proof of purchase for all warranty claims. What is the warranty for the KFRED Micro Spinning Reel? And, how do I file a claim?
Kfishfred, LLC warrants your reel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. The consumer MUST have proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
